Symposium U
Nano-Ceramics and Nanohybrids for Energy, Water, Environment and Healthcare
The scope of this symposium is focused on all advanced nano-ceramics, nanohybrids, and composites for energy, water, environment and healthcare, including their novel designs, new fabrications, structures at varying nano-, meso-, micro- and macro-scales, and applications in the rapidly changing landscapes. They include both those mainstream ceramics, composites, and also those newly emerging ones, which are making game-changes.
This symposium includes but not limited to the following topics:
- Nano-ceramic materials, and functional inorganic materials;
- Nano inorganic-organic hybrids;
- Nanocrystalline, mesocrystals and single crystals;
- Nanocapsules and nanoreactors for targeted diagnosis and therapy;
- Mesostructures for energy, water and environment;
- Synthesis and fabrication of nano-ceramics and nanohybrids; and
- Self-assembling and templating of nanomaterials.
